A warm welcome awaits guests and the clean fresh rooms offer a great space to relax. Each room offers single beds as required suitable for couples, families or small groups.
All rooms have the following:
- High quality bed linen and towels.
- Oil fired central heating.
- Tea & coffee making facilities.
- Hairdryer.
- Iron and ironing board upon request.
- LCD TVs with integrated DVD players.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
- We have a drying room available for guests.
- We also offer a laundry service.
All room rates are inclusive of our traditional Scottish cooked breakfast. Lighter or vegetarian options are also available.
Choose your breakfast before you retire to bed and it will be freshly prepared for you in the morning.
Breakfast is served from 07.30 till 08.30 Packed lunches are
provided at £5.00 - please ask a Paddy the previous evening to place your order.
Room tariff 2012
- Winter special 1st Nov - 15th March
- Bed & breakfast is £25.00 per person per night
- 16th March onwards
- Bed & breakfast is £30.00 per person per night
- Single supplement is £10.00 per night
- Children aged between 5 years and 12 years
- £20.00 per child per night
Credit/debit card details are required to secure the booking. Cancellation policy: In the event of a no-show or if you cancel the booking within 48 hours of arrival, the full cost of the first nights accommodation will be charged.
We accept cash and uk cheques for payment.
All charges must be settled in full prior to departure.
Rooms are available for guests from 2pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we kindly ask that the guests vacate their room by 10am.
